Go to www.turnitin.com

There is a tab at the top of the page called “Create an Account.” Click it.

Halfway down this page is the title “Create NEW account.” Under it, click “Student.”

It will ask for your Class ID#.

Enter: 22010137

It will also ask for your class key/password.

Enter: MacDonald

It will ask for your first name, last name, email address. Enter these.

It will ask you to make a password with at least one letter and one number. Create one.

Select a secret question, and record your answer.

Read the agreement and click “I agree.”

You are done!

Next…

Click on your class name.

Click “Submit.”

It will give two options on how you want to submit the paper. (Cut and Paste or Single file Upload) Click Single File Upload.

Enter a title for this assignment. (For this one, type in “Paper #1.”)

Click “Browse.” Find the assignment on your hard drive that you want to upload, and double click it.

Click “Upload.”

Click “Submit.”

Done!
